We use your information to deliver The Private List—our curated weekly newsletter of luxury editorial content, exclusive partner offers, and private event invitations. Aggregated, anonymized engagement data (such as page view counts) may be shared with our vetted luxury partners to demonstrate audience interest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our Partners & Sponsors

Alester Carmichael connects Private List members with premium luxury businesses across nine curated categories. Partner and sponsor content appears on our platform and in The Private List newsletter. When you interact with partner content (viewing a partner page, clicking an offer, RSVPing to an event), we may share that you engaged with their listing—but only if you have opted into our enhanced experience. Partners never receive your contact information without your explicit consent.

Alester Carmichael is not liable for any incidents, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in partner events or redemption of partner offers. By participating, members acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
