Rains Design
Crafting singular residential architecture across Arizona's most distinguished landscapes and enclaves
Among the esteemed architectural firms in Phoenix, Rains Design distinguishes itself through a portfolio of custom residences that garner national recognition. The firm, led by Bryan Rains, crafts singular properties across Arizona’s most sought-after enclaves, from the desert expanses of Scottsdale to the refined communities of Paradise Valley and Arcadia. Its work, characterized by precise forms and a thoughtful integration with the natural environment, has received notable accolades. The Saguaro Forest Contemporary 2 project, for instance, earned a National Merit Award at the 2025 Gold Nugget Awards for 'Best One-of-a-kind Home.' Another commission, the Pinnacle Peak Contemporary, was recognized with a regional Luxe Red Award for its exterior architecture. Operating from its studio on West Carefree Highway in Phoenix, Rains Design continues to shape bespoke living environments, each conceived with a distinct vision for its site and inhabitant.
