Alongside his wife, Joanne, who manages the business operations and serves on the Goodyear City Council, Ken oversees a team of six full-time jewelers and a dedicated horologist. This collective expertise, encompassing over two centuries of experience, enables the creation of bespoke adornments, guiding clients from initial design concepts to the finished piece. Beyond custom commissions, the atelier in Goodyear maintains an extensive inventory, including the Osborne Signature Ring collection and a curated selection of estate jewelry.
